Kent Elastomers' existing roof was leaking in various areas throughout their facility. After an inspection was completed, it was discovered that the existing metal roof was failing at the seams and fasteners. Repairs were attempted over the years to correct this unsuccessfully. Foam King Industries was contracted to recoat the existing metal roof with a polyurea coating.

Scope of work:
Powerwash existing metal roof
Remove existing mesh.
Prime the metal roof prior to coating application
Install fasteners to areas were the metal is gaped greater than 1/4 inch
Install 2.5 gallons of VFI polyurea to the existing metal roof
Provide 10-year manufacturers full system warranty
