PROJECT PROFILE CROOKED CREEK PLAZA
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA

Crooked Creek Plaza is a multi tenant facility located in Indianapolis Indiana. Investment Properties of America contacted Foam King Industries regarding a failing existing ballasted EPDM roof for one of there major tenants. After inspecting the existing roof it was discovered that all the seams were letting go and the wall areas were pulling away creating multiple leaks through out the tenant's store.
